The Twinberry Theater at the Fort Collins Senior Center is the venue for our next movie playing on Wednesday, April 12th. Doors open at 1:00 pm, the movie starts at 1:30 pm. There will be free popcorn available. Following the movie, a facilitator-led discussion will allow viewers to participate in a dialogue on the film.

This classic comedy begins with a mob murder, one witnessed by a couple of guys in a band, Joe (Tony Curtis) and Jerry (Jack Lemmon). The boys need concealment to make their getaway and what better way than to disguise themselves as women and then join an all-female jazz band whose lead singer is the voluptuous Sugar (Marilyn Monroe). Mistaken identities abound and mayhem ensues. This Billy Wilder film was named “the greatest comedy of all times” in a recent BBC poll. Film length: 2:12
