The Foothills Activity Center is the venue for our second filmed opera production playing on Wednesday, March 19th. Doors open at 1:30 pm, the opera starts at 2:00 pm. A facilitator will provide a brief introduction to the opera before the film begins.

This wonderful melodrama involves a poor but virtuous maiden and a wicked count. The marvelous Verdi music takes us through passionate scenes of love, blackmail, betrayal and murder. The cast is superb, headed by Sonya Yoncheva, Piotr Bescala and Placido Domingo.
